  12. There is an inability to speak to articulate thought when knowing and knowingness has stopped ones tongue from curling and furling around vowels and consonants. Enough to not give a vocal manifestation. An audible form to the firm but intangible conscious thought

  18. RB recently had a rectal examination and realized that the moment that the doctor's finger made contact with the rectum was the moment that context was framed. The active element is this establishing of parameters. Before this both doctor and body was in a passive state.
